Are you wondering just how to take 5 minutes for strength and energy? Here are 8 simple movements you can perform 20-50 seconds each for a solid 5 minute workout. I like to do each one for 20 seconds, and add a heart rate intensifier like burpees, jumping jacks or running-in-place to finish off the set. If you like the burn, load up and do it again! 5 minutes at a time.
