This is class is designed to bring the best of Yoga and Resistance training together in one session. We begin with dynamic yoga warm-ups followed by an intention setting moment.
For the next 60-minutes, we train for muscle endurance while working within the 5 training zones. Using 5-minute exercise blocks featuring Giant, Tabata and Superset sequences for optimal metabolic conditioning.
We cover 5 segments during our 75-minute session.
- Joint preparation/dynamic warm-ups with Yoga
- Resistance bands and bodyweight.
- Total Body resistance featuring patent-pending T3 Bag
- Cool-down stretching, finishing with Shavasana/Meditation.
Focusing on connecting with breath through difficult times produces the best results during this session. Take your time, connect with your body.
