1st class begins at 9:00-10:00 a.m. 2nd class begins at 10:30-11:30 a.m
The beach experience benefits our body in many ways by:

Each class begins with dynamic warm ups. We start by preparing our joints, tendons and muscles for bodyweight and resistance training movements.
Then its on to the Challenge Course! We have a course designed to challenge your movement, strength, and agility. Even if you are new to fitness or a seasoned fitness person, this Saturday's class is sure to please.
It is a 1-3 minutes heart racing, calorie burning course using BattleRopes, Plyometric Jumps, Bear crawls, and body weight movements. This course is mixed with 40 minutes of H.I.I.T performed within 20-50 seconds with a 10-20 sec rest. 6 to 8, 5-minute workout sets. Each 5 minute set is a combination of 1-8 movements followed by a 20-50 sec Heart rate intensifier movement (Sprints, Burpees, Mountain climbers).
We finish with cool-down stretches and shavasana (yoga relaxation) followed by an optional 10 minute meditation.
How your body burns fat is very important to reaching your goals. Please bring your Woop, Apple, MyZone, and/or Fitbit Heart Rate monitor if you have one.
WHAT TO BRING?
Bring a towel (to lay your body and head on for corework and stretches), and a water bottle.
Shoes and socks are optional. Bathing suit is great in case you want to hit the ocean!
