Join us in a 50-minute oceanfront journey surrounded by fresh air, majestic ocean views, and soft sand that heals us from the inside out. In 5 minutes blocks, starting with yoga-inspired dynamic warm-ups, we move mindfully and powerfully while concentrating on our breath. Our tools are Bodyweight, Resistance Bands, and our patent-pending T3 Bags. Out here, we don't count reps, we count seconds. Just like in life, it's the seconds that count. Mixing in Tabata (20s on-10s rest) with H.I.I.T. and Metabolic conditioning we target glutes and core within a 5-minute routine. 20s of work, followed by 10s of rest. We take 10s-60s to allow the heart to recover, then work that muscle again!
