It's a 50-minute oceanfront journey. Here the air is fresh, the views are majestic and the sand heals from the inside out. We start with dynamic warm-ups. Concentrating on preparing your joints, tendons and muscles for H.I.I.T., Metcon and Tabata modalities targeting the Glutes and core areas of our body. We will move fast, powerfully and mindfully using our breath to provide the inspiration. In these 30-minutes our tools are Bags, Bands and Bodyweight. Out here, we don't count reps we count seconds. Just like in life, it's the seconds that count. Mixing in Giant and Supersets within the 5-minute routine. 20-60s for each movement. We take 10s-60s to allow the heart to recover, then work that muscle again!
