It's a 50-minute oceanfront journey. Here the air is fresh, the views are majestic and the powder-soft sand heals from the inside out. They start with dynamic warm-ups. Concentrating on preparing their joints, tendons, and muscles for H.I.I.T., Metcon and Tabata modalities targeting the Glutes and core areas of our body. Proper injury prevention through warm-ups is very important. They will move fast, powerfully and mindfully using the breath to provide the inspiration. In these 30-minutes their tools are Bags, Bands, and Bodyweight. Out here, they don't count reps they count seconds. Just like in life, it's the seconds that count.
Mixing in Giant and Supersets within the 5-minute routine. 20-60s for each movement. They take 10s-60s to allow the heart to recover, then work that muscle again! By the way, did you know that Sand/Beach training burns 1.5x more calories than indoor workouts? Apple, Fitbit wearables are great out here. Bring it if you have it! Let's check it!
