Two 60 minute class times on Tuesday!
7-8:00 a.m. 9:00-10 a.m
What is your level of fitness? New to fitness or a pro, it doesn't matter. Do your best for 20-50 seconds with each exercise and get what you want out of it this session! Take advantage of the healing energy of the beach and Pacific Ocean to heal your body from the inside out by:
- Reducing inflammation
- Burning more calories
- Increase overall wellness
- Increase happiness
Each class begins with dynamic warm ups. We start by preparing our joints, tendons and muscles for bodyweight and resistance training movements using resistance bands and our T3 Bag (Sandbag).
Our next 60 minutes are focused on training our Glutes, Hamstrings and Core in 5 minute rounds using a combination of 1-8 movements followed by a 20-50 sec Heart rate intensifier movement (Sprints, Burpees, Mountain climbers).
We finish with cool-down stretches and shavasana (yoga relaxation) followed by an optional 10 minute meditation.
How your body burns fat is very important to us. Please bring your Woop, Apple, MyZone , and/or Fitbit Heart Rate monitor if you have one. Love to swap body burn stories!
