Your first of 4 workouts that you will receive with your T3 Bag purchase. We will focus on 8 specific basic movements. These movements once learned, are foundational. Our training sequenced is Tabata style. 20 seconds "on" followed by a 10-sec rest. Once you feel stronger, increase your workout duration of each movement to 30s then 60s. You can also vary the routine by performing Giant sets! 4 60-second movements followed with a 20 sec to 2 minutes rest in between.
