They start with dynamic warm ups. Concentrating on preparing their joints, tendons and muscles for a High Intensity Interval training experience using Tabata, Giant and Superset models. The goal is to work the entire body with a specific focus on Glutes, Hamstrings and Core. They explore  double and single leg power producing movements to  activate the glutes, hamstrings and calves muscles. Have you ever tried Cleans and or Loaded Jump Squats with presses, and Kettlebag swings on the beach?  They  use the patent-pending T3 Bag, which replaces barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells for these movements..  They also combine these movements with sprints and plyometrics.

They finish with cool-down stretches and shavasana (yoga relaxation) followed by a 10 minute meditation.

How your body burns fat is very important to us. Please bring your Woop,  Apple, MyZone , and/or Fitbit Heart Rate monitor if you have one. Love to swap body burn stories!
