In this 60-minute oceanfront journey with fresh air, majestic views, and powder-soft sand beneath our feet, we strengthen from the inside out.
It’s a total body workout combining Sprints and Resistance training. Using bodyweight, resistance bands and our T3 Bags, we seek to improve our stability, balance and strength. We warm our joints, tendons and muscles before we ramp up into our High Intensity Interval training experience using Tabata, Giant and Superset models. We explore the entire body with a specific focus on developing single leg and double leg power for Glutes, Hamstrings and Core.
They finish with cool-down stretches and shavasana (yoga relaxation) followed by a 10 minute meditation.
How your body burns fat is very important to us. Please bring your Woop, Apple, MyZone, and/or Fitbit Heart Rate monitor if you have one to measure your progress!
